Who YOU Choose DOES Matter!
Amador and El Dorado Counties of California are beautiful and unique in many respects including Real Estate.
We are in a great commute location to Sacramento but still hold the beauty and serine experience of the country.
You can choose to live in town or in a rural area that feels like you're the only one around. You can join as many organizations as you like or keep to yourself, the choice is yours.
Isn't that what makes life grand. Choice!!
When you choose a Real Estate Agent, my suggestion to you is find someone your comfortable with that KNOWS the area your interested in. The worst situation is a Realtor that knowns nothing about the area they are trying to sell you. It's very important for the Realtor to know the good and bad aspects of any community they are working in so you can make a knowledgable decision.
Your Realtor should be a member of the Multiple Listing Service of the area so they can expose your property to the agents that will sell it, or if you're a buyer, be able to show you all the listings in your price range that are available.
